IBBlueprint (“we”, “us”) operates ibblueprint.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, school/university, academic information (such as GPA), your CV/resume, and anything you include in forms, applications, or calls with us. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) via cookies and analytics tools.
Why we collect it
To review applications for our programmes and free sessions; to run strategy calls and coaching sessions; to send you information about our services (you can opt out at any time); to improve our website and marketing; and to meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest.
CVs and academic data
Your resume and academic details are used solely to assess your candidacy and personalise coaching. We do not sell them or share them with banks or any third party without your explicit consent.
Sharing
We use trusted processors to run our business (website hosting, email, scheduling, payment, and analytics providers), each bound by their own data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep application data for 24 months after your last interaction, then delete or anonymise it, unless we must keep it longer by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and may withdraw consent at any time, by emailing contact@ibblueprint.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics/marketing cookies, which you can manage via your browser.
