4. No outcome guarantee except as stated
Where we advertise a placement-linked arrangement, its precise terms (eligibility, student obligations, payment trigger, and refund mechanics) are set out in your enrolment agreement and our Refund Policy. Aside from any such express written arrangement, we do not guarantee any job offer, interview, or outcome — recruiting results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort.
5. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions or give at least 24 hours' notice, complete agreed preparation work, and not share course materials. Course content is our intellectual property and licensed to you for personal use only.
6. Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and any deferred or success-based components are stated at enrolment. Late payments may suspend access.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape content, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Liability
Nothing limits liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost earnings or lost job opportunities).
