Workshops

The same material, delivered in the room.

Before IBBlueprint became a 1:1 program, it was taught in person — two-day workshops for groups of around ten. We run them for university societies, student cohorts, and teams.

Who these are for

University finance and investment-banking societies, student cohorts preparing for a recruiting cycle together, and organizations running early-career finance programs. If you are an individual rather than a group, the Break-In Blueprint is built for you instead — start with a free readiness assessment.

Formats

The Two-Day Intensive

The full recruiting arc across two days: how first rounds are actually scored, technicals to fluency, story and behaviorals, and live mock interviews with feedback in the room.

The Half-Day Session

A focused block on one thing that decides outcomes — first-round technicals, behavioral structure, or networking that actually converts into referrals.

Live Mock Interview Day

Real first-round screens run back-to-back, each candidate assessed and debriefed the way an interviewer would score them.

Content is built around the group in front of us — year, target roles, and how close the cycle is.

Who runs them

Sessions are led by a former Goldman Sachs banker who conducted first-round interviews and evaluated which candidates advanced — so the standard being taught is the one candidates are actually measured against.
