These are free — no payment, no refund needed. You can cancel or reschedule any time via the link in your confirmation email.
14-day cooling-off (consumers)
If you purchase online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you ask us to begin coaching within those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for sessions already delivered; once the programme has been fully delivered with your consent, the cooling-off right no longer applies.
Pay-for-placement arrangement
Where your enrolment is under our placement-linked model, the payment trigger, eligibility conditions, and student obligations (session attendance, application activity, preparation work) are defined in your enrolment agreement. If the agreed conditions are met and no qualifying offer results, you owe [nothing / only the deposit], as set out in that agreement. That agreement is the authoritative document; this page is a summary.
After the cooling-off period
Except as set out in your enrolment agreement, fees for delivered sessions and accessed course content are non-refundable. If you believe we have failed to deliver what was promised, email us within 30 days and we will review your case individually.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ibblueprint.com with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days and pay approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
