These are free — no payment, no refund needed. You can cancel or reschedule any time via the link in your confirmation email.
14-day cooling-off (consumers)
If you purchase online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you ask us to begin coaching within those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for sessions already delivered; once the program has been fully delivered with your consent, the cooling-off right no longer applies.
The Break-In Guarantee
Program enrollments are covered by the Break-In Guarantee: execute the program as intended — the specific conditions (networking targets, practice and mock interviews, coaching action items, applications) are defined in your enrollment agreement and tracked in your member tools — and if you have not landed a relevant finance role within five years of enrolling, we refund 100% of the purchase price, processed within two business days of an approved claim. After the cooling-off period
Except as set out in your enrollment agreement, fees for delivered sessions and accessed course content are non-refundable. If you believe we have failed to deliver what was promised, email us within 30 days and we will review your case individually.
How to request a refund
Email info@ibblueprint.com with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days and pay approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
